1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://www.preneurs.pk (“Website”), purchasing any product, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Website or purchase any product or service.

2. Nature of Services

Preneurs offers:

  • WordPress Themes (digital products)

  • Complete WordPress Ready Website packages

  • Shared hosting services (via third-party infrastructure)

  • Helpdesk customer support

  • Blog content including sponsored, affiliate, and advertisement content

We do not offer standalone domain or hosting services.

3. Account Requirement

Effective 1 January 2026:

  • All purchases require account creation.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

  • Users may request account deactivation via helpdesk.

  • Account deletion is not permitted due to financial and transaction record retention requirements.

Users may change their password from the dashboard.

4. Payments & Billing

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa

  • Online payment via 2Checkout

All payments are:

  • One-time annual payments

  • Renewable annually

  • Non-refundable

Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy (Strict No Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of digital and virtual products:

  • All theme purchases are non-refundable.

  • Download links are provided immediately after purchase.

  • Hosting + domain packages are non-refundable.

  • Domains are complimentary and non-refundable once registered.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once service is activated.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Infrastructure

Hosting services are provided through third-party infrastructure providers. Preneurs does not disclose the provider identity.

While we strive to maintain stability, Services may be suspended if:

  • Malware is detected

  • Spamming occurs

  • Excessive resource usage is identified

  • Hosting environment integrity is compromised

Preneurs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts to protect infrastructure.

7. User Content Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for content published on their websites.

Preneurs is not liable for:

  • Illegal content

  • Copyright violations

  • Malware distribution

  • Spam activities

  • Ethical violations

Users must comply with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

8. Theme Licensing

All Preneurs themes:

  • Are licensed per single domain

  • Valid for lifetime on one specific domain

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-resellable

  • Redistribution is strictly prohibited

Minor updates (e.g., version 1.1, 1.2) are provided free.

Major version upgrades (e.g., 1.0 to 2.0) require new purchase. Previous major versions may not be supported.

9. Support & Helpdesk

Support is provided via:

  • Ticket-based helpdesk

    • Includes Ticket’s Email notifications

    • Registered users only

Response time:

  • 2–3 hours during working hours

  • Up to 12 hours during non-working hours or weekends

Once a ticket is closed, further communication requires a new ticket.

Support is included in all packages.

10. SEO & Performance Disclaimer

Our themes are:

  • Responsive

  • Lightweight

  • SEO-optimized

  • AI-ready

  • Security-enhanced

However, Preneurs does not guarantee:

  • Search engine ranking

  • Traffic growth

  • Revenue generation

  • AdSense approval

SEO success depends on multiple external factors including content quality, industry trends, competition, and marketing efforts.

11. Advertisements & Affiliate Content

Our blog may include:

  • Sponsored content

  • Affiliate links

  • Third-party advertisements

Preneurs is not responsible for third-party advertiser content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Preneurs shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Revenue loss

  • Business interruption

  • Security breaches caused by user negligence

  • Hosting downtime

  • Third-party service failure

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

13. Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Pakistan.

14. Modification of Terms

Preneurs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
